Foot arch is formed by tendons, ligaments and bones, when its structure has become too loose or tight, it will cause abnormal high arch or low arch (flat feet), if the foot arch is affected, this could have a negative impact on the balance of pelvis , spine and shoulders and other parts of body , and consequently pain and numbness are not uncommon to be happened.

Custom orthotics can improve and enhance the capacity of shock absorption; it can also support the foot arch and foot balance. Orthotics design allows the center of gravity of the body back to its normal position and this can relieve the pressure in the painful area. The orthotics also can heal many foot discomfort, such as heel spurs , diabetic foot and plantar fasciitis
