Choosing improper shoe size will negatively impact their spine. If the shoes are too large, they will have an abnormal gait when walking and will increase the pressure of their knees and the lowback. Overtime their children might have back and knee pain. Parents should choose the shoes size that is proper and fit to their children in order to avoid flat feet and support the foot arch; the right size of shoes shouldn’t be excess one finger space between the foot and the shoes. In addition they should choose shoes with firm heel to support the foot arch. Also, one should pay attention to the shoes while preforming sports whether it could protect their ankle while jumping and running.
